The Title IX Compliance & Discrimination and Harassment Prevention (“Title IX/DHP”) Office, in consultation with the Local Implementation Officer (“LIO”), will assess all reported conduct and/or incident(s) to determine if it meets the criteria of Prohibited Conduct, as defined by the Anti-Discrimination Policy (“AD Policy”). If these criteria are met, the Title IX/DHP Office will determine the most appropriate response and next steps. During the Initial Assessment phase, the Title IX/DHP Office will offer resources to the impacted party, invite them to meet for an informational session, and receive all available information.
